My favourite places to visit in Bath England
The tiny city of Bath England is renowned throughout the world for its beauty and stunning Georgian architecture. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is visited every year by about two million people from all over the globe.
Just as you would ask a friend for their recommendations when visiting a place they know well, city-of-bath-england.com is a personal, unrepentantly biased exploration of a place which is endlessly fascinating and always beautiful, no matter when you visit.
The site does not set out to be an exhaustive directory listing all of Bath’s many attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Instead I hope it conveys my love of the city and gives a good description of my favourite haunts, which I hope will be helpful in enabling you to enjoy the city to the full.
You will also find all kinds of invaluable information about Bath city you don’t get in other guides and directories – practical advice on things like parking, and where to buy and eat your picnic lunch – details which help so much to create a perfect day.
Come with me and explore Bath England, one of my favourite cities. If you visit the city and find somewhere I haven’t mentioned, be sure and let me know so I can check it out and add it to the site if I like it too.
